Ms. Lee joined Blue Sage Capital in 2026. For the past decade, she has held finance and accounting leadership roles at Stellus Capital Management, where she served as Vice President of Finance & Operations. Prior to Stellus, Ms. Lee worked in accounting and financial reporting at Indigo Minerals, a private equity E&P company, and Ernst & Young, where she provided audit services for clients in the financial services industry.

Throughout her career, Ms. Lee has overseen financial reporting, accounting operations, SEC reporting, internal controls, and audit coordination. She has extensive experience supporting investment funds and partnering with executive leadership to strengthen financial operations and reporting.

Ms. Lee earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas.
