Nolan D’Souza joined Blue Sage in March 2025 as an Associate. Previously, Mr. D’Souza served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Intrepid Financial Partners, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas sector. Additionally, Mr. D’Souza worked as an analyst for the Intrepid Private Equity Funds. Nolan graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. Nolan is also an alumnus of the McCombs School of Business Financial Analyst Program.
