Mr. Fletcher joined Blue Sage in August 2021. Previously, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Morgan Stanley where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising activities in the global energy sector. Michael graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Accounting.
