Mr. Baizer joined Blue Sage Capital in 2025. Previously, he worked as an Associate at DW Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused middle-market private equity firm with $2 billion under management.

Prior to DW, Mr. Baizer worked as a Corporate Development Associate for Retina Consultants of America (RCA), a portfolio company of Webster Equity at the time, where he focused on M&A and other strategic growth initiatives. Before RCA, he was an Investment Banking Analyst for Coker Capital (now Fifth Third Securities) where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare sector.

Mr. Baizer graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology.
