Lubbock, Texas based Barricades Unlimited is a leading service provider of traffic control services in 6 markets across the state of Texas. In addition to barricades the Company also does pavement marking, guardrail installation and equipment rental and sales.
Dallas, Texas based Impact Floors is a leading provider of quick turn replacement services to multi family owners and operators across the state of Texas. Impact Floors completes over 120,000 flooring replacements annually from its extensive database of approximately 335,000 floorplan scenarios.
Additionally we were successful in closing four bolt on acquisitions for existing portfolio companies.
MD Systems & LMNT Trash Service joined the Frontier Waste Solutions family.
DISSA joined All-State Industries.
Crabtree Barricade Systems joined the Barricades Unlimited family.
Blue Sage Capital III final closing
We launched fundraising for Fund III in the Spring of 2019 with a $250 million target. We’re please to report that Fund III had a final close in September at our $300 million hard cap. We have now funded three platform investments and two bolt on acquisitions and we are grateful for the support and confidence we received from our limited partners.

Our Growing Family
Jonathan Kaskow and his wife Christine welcomed their second child, Brooklyn Christine on November 12, 2020. Big brother Graham is loving the new addition to the family.
Pierce Robinson Martin made his appearance on May 29, 2020. Maclean Martin and his wife Clemmie are learning all the joys of parenthood!
Julia Montzingo and her husband Luke took on the amazing feat of foster parenting a two day old baby boy in October. Baby J is thriving in their loving home, and we are all thankful for people like the Montzingos that give homes to children in need.
