Peter
Huff - Founder and Managing Member
Peter Huff has over eighteen years of experience in the private
equity industry and has been a partner in several private
equity funds raised by Austin Ventures and J. H. Whitney.
Peter led investments in, and had board responsibilities
for, profitable investments in industry-leading companies
such as Brooks, ICON International, Kana Communications, Metis and Tallan.
Prior to co-founding Blue Sage in 2002,
Peter was a partner at Austin Ventures, a large private
equity fund based in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Austin
Ventures, he was a managing member at J. H. Whitney, a
private equity firm that grew from approximately Blue
Sage's size to over $5 billion of assets under management
while Peter was with the firm. Before joining Whitney,
Peter was a Fulbright Scholar at the National University
of Singapore and worked with McKinsey and Company. Peter
received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist
University in Dallas, where he graduated first in his
class, was President of the Student Center Governing Board
and earned First-Team Academic All-American honors in
track and field. He earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate
School of Business.
Peter is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and a Founding Board Member of ACG Central Texas. He was also elected to the national Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) Board of Governors in 2011.
Peter's past and present Board of Director memberships include: Ashbrook Simon-Hartley, R360 Environmental Solutions, Controlled Recovery, Inc., Parker School Uniforms, and Primus Sterilizer.

Jim McBride has spent over twenty-five years investing in small-
and middle-market operating companies in Texas and the
Southwest. Prior to co-founding Blue Sage in 2002, he spent a
decade as the senior non-family executive for The LBJ
Holding Company, the private investment holding company
of the family of Lyndon and Lady Bird Johnson. He initiated
the family's entry into private equity investing and has
had a leadership role in numerous private equity investments.
Jim is on the Board of Directors
of Caritas of Austin. He received his BBA in finance and
his MBA from The University of Texas.
Jim's past and present Board of Directors memberships include: C&M Conveyor, Fusion Specialties, Gatti's Pizza, and MultiCam.

Adam Norris - Vice President
Adam Norris has spent over ten years in the private equity and finance industry. Prior to joining Blue Sage, he spent seven years at Salem Capital Partners and served as a Vice President with their three SBIC funds. Prior to Salem, Adam worked with Wachovia as a Finance Associate and served overseas as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow.
Adam is a graduate of Davidson College, where he earned a BA in Economics and played on the varsity golf team. |

Beverly
Bendicksen - Director and Special Limited Partner
Beverly joined Blue Sage Capital in September 2003 and currently serves as a Special Limited Partner. She was previously involved
in private equity as a Director with Vestor Partners,
L.P. where she was active in the identification, analysis,
financing and acquisition of middle market companies.
Additionally, Beverly has established and managed technology
commercialization and venture development operations for
Technology Ventures Corporation, a Lockheed Martin company.

Chris joined Blue Sage Capital in 2011.
Previously, he was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Houlihan
Lokey. While at Houlihan, Chris worked on numerous M&A and public/private
financing transactions.
Chris received his BBA in Finance with highest honors from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin.

Ali joined Blue Sage Capital in 2012. Prior to joining Blue Sage, she was an Analyst with Graham Partners, a middle market private equity firm in Philadelphia with over $1.5 billion under management, where she evaluated new investment opportunities and provided financial analysis related to the Graham Partners' portfolio companies. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Ali worked as an Intern in the Office of Communications at the White House.
Ali earned a Masters of Arts in Management and a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University, with minors in Spanish and International Studies. She graduated cum laude and was a Dean's List Student.
