We are equity investors and can be flexible in structuring equity or equity-linked securities, including preferred stock and, in select cases, subordinated debt with warrants.

We have the flexibility to take either minority or control positions.

Size: $5-10 Million
We typically invest approximately $5-10 million over the life of an investment. We have the capability, through limited partners and other co-investment partners, to assemble substantially more capital, should the circumstances warrant.

Capitalization: Prudent
When we use financial leverage in our investments, we do so prudently.
